Ryan is the principal of Mantra Technology, a software development firm based in Portland, Oregon. Mantra specializes in content management, e-commerce, line of business applications, and business application integration.

Jason Grundy is a principal craftsman with Guild 3 Software, specializing in the delivery of technology based solutions which realize strategic goals.
Jarod Ferguson
Jarod Ferguson is a Principal Craftsman with Guild 3 Software, specializing in enterprise software development and architecture on the Microsoft .NET platform. Before joining Guild 3 he was a Lead Software Architect, where he designed and developed a global supply chain trading platform for a leading provider of on-demand supply chain management. Passionate about progressive agile processes like SCRUM and Lean w/ KanBan, Jarod is always on the lookout for a better way to build software.
David Starr
David Starr is a Principal Software Craftsman with Guild 3 Software specializing in agile software development practices, patterns and practices of .NET development, and judicious application of various Microsoft technologies. He is a Microsoft Visual Studio ALM MVP and an instructor with Pluralsight where he leads the Agile Software Development and Visual Studio ALM curriculums. David is the founder of ElegantCode.com and host of the Pluralcast podcast.

Jason Mauer
Jason Mauer is Owner and Chief Architect of Mighty Code, a development shop based in Portland focusing on software consulting, training, and development. Jason is active in the developer community as founder and organizer of the Portland ALT.NET user group, board member of the Legion of Tech, and as a committee member of the Software Association of Oregon’s Developers Forum.
